I am Carolyn Egan, an attorney and a seasoned professional and experienced wedding officiant in CT.
After 10 years serving the State as a JP, I am now authorized to legally marry couples as an ordained nondenominational celebrant. This allows me to perform both religious and secular ceremonies - depending on the needs and wishes of my clients.
During my career as a wedding officiant, I have married many hundreds of couples - at beautiful parks and outdoor gazebos, at banquet halls and fine restaurants, in sports pubs and spacious backyards, in modest living rooms and kitchens, at beaches, on mountain tops and at town and city halls.
I never stop feeling overwhelmed by the privilege of being a part of that sacred moment when two deeply-in-love individuals pledge themselves to one another.
