Basic Wedding Packages - All weddings, except for the "express" weddings, include a one-on-one meeting with me, unlimited email and telephone access, vow and ceremony design and preparation assistance. wedding officiation, and prompt license registration.
*To ensure that your ceremony is unique, you are entitled to alter its design in any way you choose ~ including replacing vows, editing or changing readings and adding special features - like unity ceremonies - at no additional cost !!
Travel & late Fees
* Fees for weddings that are 10 miles or more from South Windsor will include a "mileage expense" premium equivalent to .35 cents a mile. This is nearly half of what the federal guidelines suggest.
* For weddings or rehearsals scheduled during peak traffic hours, or that are located 30 miles or more by car from South Windsor, a travel fee of $ 25 an hour will be applied in lieu of a mileage premium.
* In circumstances where the ceremony is more than 1/2 hour delayed, a late fee may apply.
Clients are asked to be mindful that I book my calendar assuming that your wedding and rehearsal will take place on schedule.

Fees for Holiday weddings -
*Including Easter, Independence Day (& weekend), Labor Day (and weekend) Columbus Day (& weekend) and Thanksgiving (& Eve) will include a $ 25 premium. * Fees for weddings on Christmas Eve, Day and week, as well as New Year's Eve and Day will include a $ 100 premium. *Tips on special holidays which take me away from my own family festivities are very much appreciated.

Express Weddings -
Plan to "elope" at a town hall and save for a big party next year! Consider an "express wedding," among the lowest rates in the region: $ 130 Get married at the South Windsor Town Hall and walk away with your marriage license. $ 160 Get married at the Town Hall of an adjacent town and walk away with your marriage license. * Client is responsible for reserving space inside town or city hall for ceremony. Questions concerning application and marriage laws should be directed to town clerk of relevant municipality. |
All Weddings Large & Small -
Plan a wedding at your favorite restaurant, hotel, banquet facility, beachfront, backyard, mountaintop in Connecticut and pay one low rate. $ 300- wedding without a rehearsal $ 450 - Wedding with a rehearsal * Please see above for transportation and/or holiday premiums that may apply. " Please note that all wedding services require a deposit of $ 50 to reserve the date on my calendar. Should the wedding be canceled by you for any reason, the deposit is nonrefundable. |
